KH Industries Releases New Hazardous Location Lights – HazRay™
Lightweight, configurable, and certified CID1
KH Industries is proud to announce the release of their new LED HazRay™ hazardous location lights – available in a Single hand held and a Stringer version, as well as a multi-Head light. These lightweight, fully customizable, LED lighting solutions are ideal for an array of applications requiring certified CID1 lighting.
Designed with versatility and safety in mind, the LED HazRay™ is a lightweight, Class I, Div 1 & 2 light that holds CSA certification for US and Canada. The NEMA 4X rating allows for integration in a wide range of outdoor, and harsh condition work site applications. Already being utilized in the aerospace MRO, ship building and utility markets, these lights will also perform in agricultural environments, paint booths, at oil & gas refineries and many other industries. The bright lights provide users with a durable, lightweight body, staving off fatigue in employees at the job site.
Standard features include shatter resistant glass lenses on the LED modules, replaceable protective cover with diffused lens, black SOOW cord, and cord lengths of 25, 50’ and 100’. The HazRay™ line also allows for many options – clear replaceable protective lens covers, cord gauge, custom cord lengths and daisy chaining. With a range of options in the market, all lights are manufactured with a blunt cut feed cord to allow customers to select the appropriate plug or connector for their application. Both hazardous and non-hazardous location plugs are available based on specific applications.
The 5” diameter x 3” tall HazRay™ single is a truly portable hand held light that can be carried or mounted almost anywhere, including the most confined spaces requiring hazardous location lighting. With 45 LEDs in a single lamp head, the HazRay™ radiates 1,700 lumens and is 16.9W.
