Distributor contacted KH with a need for a high volume of durable cord reels that needed to be installed right away for an educational setting application. A brand new high school was set to open and requested cord reels for their new building.
KH Solution
KH was able to work with the customer to assess their needs for a cord reel for an academic setting. They settled on the durable, but cost-efficient, RTA cord reel that could stand the abuse of high school students year after year. Additionally, KH was able to turn around their high volume order which helped the customer meet their project deadlines. Following the sale, they provided feedback that installation of the reels went smoothly and they were pleased with the product and the customer service throughout the course of the sale.
