KH was able to rush an order of standard cord reels out to the customer overnight while a custom order was put in that allowed the customer to specify a particular color that corresponded with their brand requirements. The temporary reels helped them satisfy their immediate need while the custom red RTB cord reels were manufactured. Both the distributor and customer were not only pleased with our ability to turn around an order so quickly, but with the quality of the cord reels they received. The client now utilizes the temporary reels elsewhere in their facility and  the color they requested on the custom reels was a perfect match and they could not be more pleased with the results and how they have performed over time.
