Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Present tailored solutions and suggest additional products based on customer needs.
  • Handle leads from marketing, outside sales, and internal sources.
  • Follow up on quotes to secure orders and provide feedback on lost sales.
  • Provide competitive pricing and communicate value propositions effectively.
  • Close sales, manage purchase orders, and oversee fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist field sales by scheduling site visits with channel partners and end users.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to Electrical, MRO channel, and end-user accounts.
  • Report on industry trends, competitive pricing, and customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s in Business, Sales, or Communication preferred.
  • 1-3 years of sales or customer service experience required.
  • Strong phone communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers and channel partners (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Results-driven, self-starter with a competitive mindset.
  • Experience in B2B, B2C, or business development is a plus.

Pay Rate: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour
