Human Resources Manager
KH Industries, a leading manufacturer in Hamburg is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The HR Manager will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organizational goals.
As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll be responsible for mentoring and guiding your HR staff, providing support in areas such as, talent acquisition, payroll administration, employee relations, compliance, training, and performance management. This role will serve as the link between the organizations management and its employees.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
- Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organization’s business objectives.
- Partner with leadership to drive workforce planning and talent development.
- Act as a change agent to improve processes and enhance organizational performance.
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for hourly and salaried positions.
- Develop onboarding programs that ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization.
Employee Relations
- Build strong relationships with employees and management, serving as a trusted advisor on HR related matters.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Promote a culture of respect, collaboration, and accountability.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including OSHA, FMLA, FLSA and EEO requirements.
- Maintain and update employee handbooks and HR policies to reflect current regulations and company standards.
- Conduct investigations and recommend actions in cases of policy violations or workplace incidents.
Performance Management
- Oversee the performance review process, ensuring timely and constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with supervisors to address performance issues and develop improvement plans.
HR Operations
- Manage employee records as well as other confidential information, benefits administration, and payroll coordination,
- Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive market base pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR leadership experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, strategic thinking, decision-making and organizational abilities.
Salary Pay Range – $80,000 – $100,000
