KH Industries is seeking to fill the role of Office Support Specialist. This position will provide assistance on a full range of clerical duties, this will include data and order entry, answering phone calls and supporting multiple internal departments.
KH Industries manufactures and sells industrial lighting and temporary power products and is located in Hamburg, NY.
Essential Job Duties:
- Receive and process incoming customer orders.
- Accurately enter detailed information from a purchase order into the company’s business system.
- Answer and route phone calls and emails to the correct person or department.
- Provide support to the Sales, Customer Service and Accounting teams.
- Scan and file documents.
- Additional clerical duties as needed.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong computer aptitude.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, associate’s degree preferred
- Positive attitude with the ability to adapt to change.
